At the Hotel But Cannot Find Your Reservation?
Don’t worry, this is not the end of the world, and you are not alone.
And here is what you can do - If you have a booking confirmation email from Guestmob, but the Hotel does not have your reservation on their book, we recommend you call our support line (800)506-0164 or email us at email@example.com immediately for support. If you are not able to reach someone immediately and need to book a room on the spot, we recommend you book a standard King room or Double room, whichever is available. We will follow up with the hotel reverse the charge, or we will credit you the amount you had to spend with the hotel.
This is an exceptional scenario we work very hard to avoid, but in the event it does occur, we will do everything we can to make your experiences as painless as possible.
